It is not a requirement that you have school experience. Candidates have reported that they found it beneficial as it can have a positive impact on your confidence and your understanding of the modern classroom. However, please do not see lack of experience as a reason to not apply with us.
Candidates will be invited to interview based on their applications. All interviews will take at Ashdene Primary School.
We have experience of supporting applications from a range of educational and career backgrounds. If you would like to organise a visit to the school, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
